Our event will celebrate women in surveying and geospatial who shape our industry and model a ‘give to gain’ mindset. We will also ask if women really gain as much as they give?
Join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion, moderated by Mina Jahanshahi, exploring how voluntary roles have shaped our panellists’ careers and contributed to the industry, and the ups and downs of this “unpaid work”. We will ask them to consider when have they given too much and gained too little? How do our successful panel strike the right balance, and how might this change over time? And most importantly, how has their contribution paved the way for the women who follow?
